Shipping policy

Urban collections delivers its high-quality products worldwide with expiated shipping. The estimated time for shipment is 07 to 10 business days, once the payment is cleared. Once the payment is confirmed, we email our valued customers the tracking details, along with the product details. In case of delay or failure to receive your order, please contact Urban collections through its official email to speak to a representative. 

Please note: orders may be delayed due to non-availability of fabric, or some specific remote countries or cities. 

The customer will receive the order in 07 to 10 business days from processing to delivery.

If your required size is not available in our US Wearhouse, we will ship your product from our overseas production facility with expedited shipping. 

Shipping Access:

Urban collections is renowned for its vast shipping methods that make sure the customer always get their product. We only use trusted sources like DPEX worldwide Express, USPS, SKYNET Worldwide Express, DHL, Global and TNT etc. Once the order is shipped from our end, we make sure to email the tracking and product details to our valued customers.

Not at home at the time of delivery? You can email us to assign your neighbor to receive your package on your behalf. We assure hassle-free service for our dear customers.

When to expect an order confirmation:

After order placement, Urban Collections sends a confirmatory note to the customer, along with a copy of an invoice of the item selected. In case, no notification is received, the customer will see that their purchase was not successful, which may be due to a technical problem. In this case, orders will not be processed for shipping.

Damage and Late Delivery Claim:

Urban collections will compensate if the customer does not receive their parcel and cannot track their consignment in the estimated time. We will refund the credit in the concerned PayPal account or credit card or provide you with the best substitute possible. 

In case, a customer receives a damaged product, we are open to our customers reaching out to us through email within 07 working days after the delivery date.

Estimated delivery time:

Please expect 02 to 05 working days for the delivery once the order is shipped from our end. The customer will receive an email from Urban Collections with the tracking ID and shipping details.

When delivery becomes a “Gift”?

Orders are marked as ‘GIFT’ when shipped to avoid government red tape and extra custom costs. For further details, please contact us via email.

Where do we shipping?

Urban collections is an international jacket producer and provider. We deliver our jackets to all major countries, i.e., U.K, Europe, U.S and Asian countries. Our jackets are delivered from various countries as we have multiple warehouses. All items before shipment undergo a strict quality check before shipment. We provide overseas shipment for a fast and efficient delivery. In case a customer is dissatisfied with our product, they can claim us after reading our Return and Exchange Policy for the benefits of both
